WHAT YOU'LL DO*
The Head Coach provides leadership, supervision and coaching to the Women's Basketball intercollegiate athletic team of the College. The Coach directs training and practice programs for the team, and teaches skills and strategies to student athletes. An employee in this position monitors the academic progress of team members, and arranges for appropriate guidance and/or assistance to contribute to the academic success of the student athletes.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

At a minimum the selected candidate must have an associate’s degree from an accredited institution supplemented by a minimum of five (5) years of related coaching experience. Additionally the preferred candidate will have two (2) to three (3) years of college,junior college coaching experience in basketball; understanding of NJCAA rules; and prior recruiting experience.
